Controversy over call for decriminalisation of abortion - @dawnpurvis and @peterlynas discuss

First up this morning. It's one of the most difficult and emotional debates - as Stormont knows all too well. Should there be reform of the abortion laws. Well now the Royal College of Midwives has controversially called for abortion to be totally decriminalised right across the UK. Critics claim it could open the way to many more late stage terminations.
