When does your work day end? Is it when you leave the office? Or do you continue to check emails and make calls from home? The Government in France are trying to ban employees from checking emails after they have left the office to protect workers from what they describe as digital burnout. They want workers to finish work when they physically leave the office and give them a right to disconnect". What do you think should your working day finish when you leave your workplace?
