How important is diversity at the top level of business?
It’s easy to approve of greater diversity, but actually making it a reality can be much tougher.
New research by NonExecutiveDirectors.com suggests although diversity of gender, age and ethnicity is widely understood, and increasingly practiced, the representation of people with disabilities is still lacking – and at all but the lowest levels of business, is not required to be reported.
