Starting a business in Brussels

There was a record number of start-ups in Belgium last year (more than 80,000) -- and the idea of being your own boss is appealing to expats as well as Belgians. But it can be confusing and complicated. We attended a seminar yesterday and spoke to experts about setting up a business, and to some people who've already done it or are about to take the plunge.
