The Pulse - launch 1991

Commercial radio was born in Bradford as Pennine Radio.  In 1991, it was one of the earliest commercial radio brand changes as it changed to 'The Pulse (of West Yorkshire). Here, Elliott Webb opens in frantic style and embraces the new jingle package.
