Pennsylvania Legalizes Medical Marijuana

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Sunday signed a bill legalizing medical marijuana, making the state the 24th in the country to authorize a comprehensive medical marijuana program.

The “truly historic legislation,” the governor said, gives patients with serious medical conditions access to medical marijuana with a physician’s certification at designated state dispensaries to alleviate pain.
