Galloping Ahead: Staffordshire's new equestrian resort...

If you imagine log burners, relaxing marshmallow hot chocolates or mulled wine after a tough day on the slopes, you'd probably be thinking of a ski holiday in the alps.

But one Staffordshire business woman is hoping to bring a touch of the 'apres-ski' appeal to the county -- through our love for horses.

Cannock Chase Trekking Centre was started 20 years ago and has grown to attracting seventeen thousand visitors each year.

But after being granted permission to build on the area of outstanding natural beauty Lisa Gregory is expanding it to create a major equestrian resort -- with the hope of finishing this summer.
