Living wage takes effect - but not everyone's happy

From today, April 1st - the Living Wage will come into effect in Northern Ireland and across the UK. 1.3m workers over 25, are set to benefit immediately with a pay increase to £7.20 PER HOUR. Research suggests - more than one in 10 employees in Northern Ireland can expect a pay rise as a result. But there have been warnings of job losses, as employers cope with extra wage bills!
