Lewis Nickell - known to friends and fans as 'Q Ball' - was diagnosed with Tourettes syndrome last year. His tics manifest themselves as physical twitches and swearing. But the 17 year old from East Belfast doesn't let it get him down. He now makes Facebook videos, which have racked up MILLIONS of hits - in an attempt to help others.
