A new study has found that a psychiatrist in Belfast was able to continue working with children after he'd been convicted for child abuse in the 1970s. Dr Morris Fraser was the Senior Psychiatric Registrar at the Royal Victoria Hospital and author of a book about how the Troubles affected children. The Dublin academic Dr Niall Meehan who carried out the study says that information about Dr Frasers' offences was withheld from the public by the authorities. Dr Meehan says that explanation is owed to the victims of Dr. Fraser. One of them is Richard Kerr who now lives in Texas. We spoke to him on The Breakfast Show -
