Accra Hearts of Oak defender believes the club's 3-0 win over Wassaman United is a good practice match ahead of Sunday's top-of-the-table clash with Wa AllStars.
The towering center-back was also happy with the clean-sheet his defense kept in the FA Cup win, and says the players must take t he FA Cup seriously.
