Has it become too tough to recycle? Plans to make householders in certain areas of England have smaller rubbish bins - have not gone down well in parliament. That council wants to replace the existing black, general waste bins with new wheelie bins almost half the size. Would you welcome it here? The proposal would also see more regular collections of recycling bins - but would this be just another step to make it even harder for us all to be green? At a time when many of us have more bins than babies - has it all got too much?
