Murder victim's brother makes emotional plea for information

The brother of a murdered Aberdeenshire man has called on anyone with information to "look at their conscience" and contact police.

It's believed 67-year-old Brian McKandie was the victim of a "brutal attack" with a weapon on Friday the 11th of this month.

Police discovered his body at his home in Badenscoth, near Rothienorman, the following day.

William McKandie made his plea this afternoon.
