MLA pay rise - @StephenNolan talks to chairman of panel introducing the increase (Part One)

Good news for our Stormont politicians. MLAs are getting a £1,000 pay rise, brining their salaries up to £49,000 a year. What do you make of that? The increase has been introduced by the Independent Financial Review Panel, the body that sets MLA pay and expenses. It has also introduced a a series of big changes to the expenses system. The panel chairman is Pat McCartan. He joined Stephen in studio this morning
