Neighbour describes "shocking" moment victims of fatal Dundee fire were evacuated

Neighbour Shaun Rowan who raised the alarm has been talking to Tay News about his experiences watching the victims being evacuated. Two people died after emergency services were called to Park Avenue at 7am.
