Is Brussels the new Berlin? Actually it's better since it unites all three essential ingredients of the art world: plenty of collectors, plenty of galleries and plenty of artists. Joining the crowd, esteemed Paris art gallery La Forest Divonne has recently opened a gallery in Brussels and is positioning itself as a warm and inviting, welcoming place.
