Rotherham Groomers Jailed for 102 Years

Five people have been jailed for a total of 102 years for grooming young girls in Rotherham. Our Chief Reporter Laura Pennington was at Sheffield Crown Court for the sentencing. Ringleader Arshid Hussain, 40, was given the longest prison sentence of 35 years. His younger brothers Basharat and Bannaras were handed 25 and 19 years respectively. Their uncle Qurban Ali, 53, will spend 10 years locked up while Karen MacGregor faces 13 years inside. 40-year-old Shelley Davies was given an 18 month suspended sentence.
