Well one voice which didn't feature in the spotlight programme was that of the former RUC detective who found the crucial piece of evidence which helped convict Black of Jennifer Cardy's murder. He found a petrol receipt which proved Black was less than a mile from Jennifer's house on the day she disappeared. That was 16 years before Black would stand trial for Jennifer's murder....a delay which the former officer said was unacceptable. Speaking publicly for the first time...the policeman - who didn't want to be identified - told Enda McClafferty how he found the receipt.
