The PIEcast turns one year old! The boys are celebrating their 13th episode with an all-out extravaganza of awesome. Welcome to the EPIC PIEcast LIVE!

The boys moved the whole operation from the beautiful and spacious studio 6C in Astoria Queens all the way to heart of New York City. The Tank Theater in Mid-Town Manhattan was transformed into PIEcast central for this momentous occasion.

Lucas Siegel (site editor for Newsarama) was on hand to talk about all the insider nerdy goodness we could squeeze out of him.

Then we welcomed Abe Goldfarb (actor, burlesque host and film geek) to discuss this summer’s movies – what worked, what flopped and what we’re still looking forward to.

In true talk show fashion we had our very own house band, the comedic song styling of…Afterbirth Monkey.
