Perforator Pop!

"While recording stuff in the city of Kiev, I've recorded perforator drill in corridor of friend's apartment. This week, inspired by Cities and Memory, I've revisited a lot of my field recordnings and stumbled on this one again. So eventually I took 2 seconds long snippet (4th second of raw recording), loaded it in Korg Electribe ESX1 sampler and created short sketch using only this sample as the only source. It's always quite amazing what you can do with tiny but harmonicaly rich sound!
The result is short synth-pop flavoured track, reminiscent of Depeche's 'Construction Time Again' sound."
