A bid to change Northern Ireland's strict abortion laws has been defeated. The Assembly last night voted against legalising abortion in cases of fatal foetal abnormality. The proposal was defeated by 59 votes to 40. So what happens next? It seems pretty clear that the debate is only just starting.
