Re-writing the history of the Troubles? @BenLowry2 and @ColmDore disagree

Republicans are trying to shift the blame for their killings on to the British Government and are rewriting of history to justify IRA terror. That's what deputy editor of the Newsletter Ben Lowry has claimed in an article in the paper. I have been speaking to him and commentator Colm Dore.
