Andrew Gilmour Was School Friend Of Scot Killed By Elephant In Thailand Tragedy

A Scottish man killed by an elephant in Thailand has been described as "very quiet" and "a nice lad".

Gareth Crowe was on a trek with his teenage step-daughter on Koh Samui when the animal trampled on him and stabbed him in the chest with its tusk.

His school friend Andrew Gilmour, from Dunoon, says he can't believe what's happened.
