Aberdeen woman speaks of coastguard rescue during Storm Frank flooding
The Scottish Government has issued the first grants to residents in Aberdeen whose homes were damaged in the recent floods.
Storm Frank devastated communities across the north-east during the festive period, particularly along the rivers Dee and Don.
Andrea Moonie's home in Cults was badly damaged and is among the first in the city to receive a £1500 grant.
She was evacuated by coastguard on December 30, along with her two children and her elderly father .
