By Jessica Fenlon - reimagining of Metra boarding platform sounds, Chicago. "I loaded the four samples (#1 doubled) into this remix tool, and manipulated multiple looping parameters on the fly. I used randomization whenever possible. Parameters included - forward / backwards, loop length, volume, and speed. I also randomize the effecting added to the sound envelope. I had the app output the manipulations I was doing on the fly as a sound file. This track is a frozen performance of manipulating the cutup rules."
