Clampdown plan for flags on lampposts – big debate on @BBCNolan

We're kicking off the show today with a big big issue for Northern Ireland - flags. The Alliance Party on the show this morning are launching a planned clampdown on flying flags on lampposts. Under the plan, there would a licensing system for flags and they'd only be allowed for a few weeks a year.
