Jim McGrath on This is your Racing Life with Bryan Martin

This morning Bryan Martin caught up with former horse racing commentator, Jim McGrath, on This is your Racing Life. Jim left Melbourne over 40 years ago in search of work as a racecaller. He worked in Hong Kong and then England and rose to the number one position with the BBC in 1997 as the chief racing commentator. He has called the world’s greatest races and as well as the Melbourne Cup for the BBC back to the UK on 20 occassions. Jim has had a lifetime in horseracing.
