Change Northern Ireland's licensing laws or lose one of the biggest sporting events in the world. That's the message from the head of Ulster Rugby. Shane Logan has told a Stormont Committee that if the alcohol laws aren't changed the bid to host the Rugby World Cup in Ireland will have to be withdrawn.
