Parents whose children attend a special school in County Down say they're being treated like second class citizens after being given just three hours a week nursery school education. A group of around 23 special needs children were due to take up their pre school places at Knockevin Special School in Downpatrick last September... But parents were told there wasn't enough room and that their children would have to wait until a new Early Years Centre opened. That's now due to happen next month. But the parents say even when their children do start they will only get part time places. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to speak to the parents.
