Britain's first red light district has arrived - A controversial pilot scheme in Leeds which allows sex workers to work on the streets at night without fear of arrest is to be continued - but local businesses are not happy. They've condemned the decision to allow a legalised red light district to be made permanent. The scheme means sex workers and kerb crawlers operating within a 'managed area' between 7pm and 7am. Firms within the area in Holbeck are furious with the scheme, believed to be the first permanent one in the UK. What do you think - is it a good idea to have a safe place to for sex workers to work or is this a slippery slope?
