Christmas-only countryside churches?
Millions of people are expected to go to church this Christmas - more than five million in England and Wales alone, within the main denominations. But the Church of England has a maintenance bill of over £150m for 16,000 church buildings. A church report has proposed that some should be used mainly for Christmas, Easter and weddings. Is more radical action needed? BBC religious affairs correspondent Caroline Wyatt has been to Suffolk and south London to find out more.
