French singer Sandra Nkake and musician Alex Webb spoke with Chris Philips about Friday's tribute to Billy Strayhorn show at Cadogan Hall.

Sandra Nkake is performing in Alex Webb's 'Lush Life: a tribute to Billy Strayhorn' at Cadogan Hall in Chelsea on Friday 20th November, as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival. The pair visited Chris Philips to talk about the impact of Strayhorn on American music and detailed the show. Sandra is from Paris and gave a stark personal account of being in the midst of the violence of Friday's attacks whilst at the Stade de France with her children. She also spoke eloquently about the fallout from these terrorist attacks.
