Sinn Fein's Conor Murphy denies benefit cuts roll-over

It's a deal. The DUP, Sinn Fein and the British and Irish governments have struck an agreement to save the Assembly. The deal covers a way forward on parmilitarism and welfare reform. But there's no agreement on dealing with Northern Ireland's troubled past.
