Sinn Fein's Conor Murphy denies benefit cuts roll-over

It's a deal. The DUP, Sinn Fein and the British and Irish governments have struck an agreement to save the Assembly. The deal covers a way forward on parmilitarism and welfare reform. But there's no agreement on dealing with Northern Ireland's troubled past. Here's how the deal was announced yesterday by Secretary of State Theresa Vilier and Irish Foreign Minister Charlie Flanagan, First Minister Peter Robinson and Deptuy Minister Martin McGuinness.
