Should the over-70's be made to re-sit their driving test, every 3 years? An online petition has been launched by Ben Brooks-Dutton calling for the law change. Ben's wife was killed by an elderly driver three years ago, when the 85 year old man mistook the accelerator for the brake. So what do you think? Would you back a change?
