A Police Ombudsman document has suggested gay people who do not disclose their sexuality could be a security risk. The internal document on employee security has been obtained by the Nolan Show. It refers to homosexuality in a section entitled "areas of vulnerability". And it makes the comments about disclosing sexuality in a footnote to 'sexual misconduct'. The Ombudsman's office has told the Nolan Show over the weekend that it is reviewing the wording and has withdrawn the document.

Gavin Boyd, from the Rainbow Project, a gay health organisation joins Nolan.
