Accrington Stanley are a step closer to new ownership.
A shareholders meeting last night agreed to a proposal that would make local businessman, and owner of the club's main sponsor, Andy Holt the majority shareholder.
Over 70% voted in favour of the deal, which is now subject to Football League and FA scrutiny.
