Top 100 global LGBT business executives listed

Do lesbian, gay, transgender and bisexual workers need positive role models to help them succeed at work? Britain's Financial Times newspaper and the networking group OUTstanding think so. They've compiled a list of the 100 top LGBT executives around the world. It's hoped they will be an inspiration to anyone who fears they can't be true to themselves at work. Number 5 on the list is Claudia Brind-Woody, Managing Director for Global Intellectual Property Licensing at IBM. Susannah Streeter asked her why such a list was needed.
