Craig famously came close to being the first jockey in history to achieve a unique Australian horse racing triple, he won the Caulfield Cup AND Cox Plate in 2011 but narrowly missed riding in the 2011 Melbourne Cup when Dunaden won the race with a replacement jockey on his back!
