Should advertisements for condoms be played when children might be listening? Recently The Nolan Show was contacted by a parent of a 9 year old who heard a Public Health Agency advertisement for safe sex playing on a commercial station here just after 7pm. This led to a question from their child asking what a condom is! The parent is annoyed he was put in that position and says it should be up to the parents when to have 'that' conversation.
