Crime figures are not easy to come by, but latest criminal trends in Juba, show crime is emerging as one of the big issues affecting the citizens. Juba city, home to thousands of people has seen a rising wave of crime trends ranging from robberies, killings, car jacking’s and petty thefts. So what exactly has gone wrong? Is the police incapable of restoring law and order? These and more are some of the questions that our reporter, Sani Martin put to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Lt Gen Andrew Kuol.
