Smoking banned when children are in cars. It's happening in England. Should it happen here?

Is it time to ban smoking in cars with children on board? Tomorrow sees a ban come into force in England and Wales. The charity Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke has called on the NI Assembly want a similar ban brought in here too.
