Dungannon the 'ugliest town I've ever seen' says Guardian columnist - is that fair?

Dungannon is the "ugliest town I've ever seen". That's the pronouncement from Guardian newspaper columnist Zoe Williams. She visited the town after a report said residents of Fermanagh and Omagh district were the happiest in the UK. Zoe says "Dungannon, with its squat, claustrophobic high street under smoke-grey clouds, is easily the ugliest town I've ever seen."
