Storm over SDLP leader's comments about the DUP ‘not wanting a Catholic about the place’ #BBCNolan
The SDLP leader Alasdair McDonnell is coming in for criticism this morning. He has accused the DUP of not wanting a Catholic about them at Stormont. His comments were made as he opened a new SDLP office in Glengormley yesterday afternoon and were recorded by a reporter from the North Belfast News. He was also critical of Sinn Fein.
