Police have apologised to the family of missing woman Janet McKay after admitting a tip-off wasn't passed on to officers looking for her. A body, believed to be that of the 88-year-old, was discovered in Clydebank yesterday. Heart's been speaking to Callum Steele from the Scottish Police Federation.
