Should ads for TV junk food be banned?

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt wants to ban adverts for some products including Kellogg's Coco Pops and Coca-Cola from 'childrens' hour' programmes until 9pm.

His 'anti-obesity' action plan aims to 'change the mindset of the next generation' by encouraging good eating habits

But his plans haven't been welcomed by all, with some members of his own party opposing the plans. What do you think - is banning junk food ads the way to tackle childhood obesity or is this the government trying to interfere in our lives?
