Yesterday Employment and Learning Minister Stephen Farry launched a consultation on how universities should be paid for. He said the way that higher education is funded in Northern Ireland is "no longer sustainable". Meanwhile the NUS-USI are now calling for more investment in higher education so we can SCRAP tuition fees. But is that something we can afford?
