Should we tax sugary drinks? Jamie Oliver is calling for a tax of 7p per can of soft drink to improve childrens' health. The TV chef says the tax would improve health and generate 1 billion pounds per year. He wants the government to use the money to prevent childhood obesity and diet-related disease.
