Do you ever answer a phone or check your work emails when you are on the loo?!
The mental health charity MIND says this is more common than you think, AND is indicative of a culture of working round the clock, leaving many of us unable to switch off and achieve a health work/life balance?
So - is it ok to answer your phone on the bog? Are we addicted to our smart phones and unable to switch off?
