Provo Mayor John Curtis says the biggest problem for the homeless is affordable, safe housing

Mayor Curtis tells Doug Wright how the city of Provo is working to raise funds in order to help the homeless. "We're pretty good at telling people what not to do, but not so good at telling people what they should do," Curtis says.

Curtis hopes to improve the lives of many homeless people unable to pay for permanent housing due to first month's rent, and other road blocks.
