Journalists in Juba declare 3- days of mourning for fallen colleague
Newspapers will not be sold on the streets of Juba this Saturday. This is part of the activities to mark the mourning of journalist Peter Moi Julius, who worked for the corporate newspaper.
The bullet riddled body of Peter Moi was discovered on Thursday close to his home in in Jebel, a suburb of Juba. Members of the union of Journalists of South Sudan met this morning and resolved to put down their pens, paper, and cameras for three days.
Edward Ladu Terriso, is the Secretary General of the Union of Journalists of South Sudan, he said no newspapers will be on display this Saturday.
